What Our Environmental Remediation Process Involves

FullTerra’s state-of-the-art remediation approach is supported by proven technologies and a structured process that ensures safe, effective, and lasting results.

1. Site Characterization & Risk Assessment

  • Phase I/II ESAs, Conceptual Site Models (CSM), Data Quality Objectives (DQOs), and risk screening.
  • Groundwater and soil sampling to evaluate their status and guide decision-making.

2. Feasibility & Testing

  • Technology screening, treatability studies, and bench/pilot testing to identify the most effective approach.

3. Remedial Design & Action

  • In-Situ Treatments: ISCO, ISCR, ERD/bioremediation, bioaugmentation, surfactant/cosolvent flushing.
  • Physical & Thermal Methods: Soil Vapor Extraction/Air Sparging (SVE/AS), multi-phase extraction, thermal conduction/steam extraction, and pump-and-treat.
  • Ex-Situ Solutions: Excavation and off-site disposal, on-site soil washing, solidification, stabilization.
  • Vapor Intrusion Mitigation: Sub-slab depressurization, vapor barriers, building pressure diagnostics.
  • Supplemental Services: Soil removal, corrosive material neutralization, and hydrovac and jetting services.

4. Site Monitoring & Optimization (H3)

  • Long-term monitoring (LTM) and Monitored Natural Attenuation (MNA).
  • Conferral of ongoing performance metrics, optimization strategies, and site closure documentation.
We bring consistency and accountability to every install—no subcontracting, no gaps in responsibility.
